Pilots set for Husky Open This Saturday

SEATTLE, Wash. -- The Portland Pilots rowing team will race in their second official meet of the spring this Saturday, March 25 at the Husky Open in Seattle. The Pilots will have two Varsity 8 boats at the meet and one Varsity 4.

Saturday's race will mark the seventh time the Pilots have raced at the Husky Open as a varsity team. They have posted 11 wins in various races over the last seven years, including wins last year in both Varsity 8 races. Last week, the Pilots competed at the Sacramento State Invite, with the high-finisher being Portland's second Varsity 8, who took second their race.
