WAIPAHU, Hawai'i (PortlandPilots.com) – Portland sophomore Hailey Bagby scored her second goal in as many games to lift the Pilots to a 1-0 win against host Hawai'i Thursday night at the OUTRIGGER Invitational at Waipi'o Peninsula Soccer Stadium. The Pilots (2-0-1) remain unbeaten with the victory.
How it Happened
Bagby struck just two minutes and five seconds into the run of play with an unassisted goal to provide Portland the early cushion.
Bre Norris was solid in goal as always for the Pilots, stopping four shots in the first half to preserve the lead. Portland did not allow a second half shot attempt by the Rainbow Wahine in pulling out the road victory.
