COLUMBIA, Mo. - Jonas Price closed out his season with a 65th-place finish at the 2025 NCAA Division IÂ Cross Country Championships on Saturday at the Gans Creek Cross Country Course, running a personal-best 29:21.1 in the 10K.
Price ran a steady race through the 10K, coming through 1K in 75th, then moving to 118th at 2K and 107th at 3K. He hit 116th at 4K before climbing back up to 88th at 5K and 80th at 6K. Price continued to gain positions in the second half, checking in at 71st at 7K, 65th at 8K, and 63rd at 9K, ultimately finishing 65th overall.
Price delivered consistent results throughout the season, including a top-20 finish at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational and a third-place finish at the West Coast Conference Championships, where he ran a personal-best 23:15.83 in the 8K to make All-WCC First Team. Following that, he earned All-Region honors after a standout performance at the NCAA West Regional, placing fifth in 29:26. and finishing as the third individual to qualify for Nationals. This marked Price's second NCAA Championships appearance.
