PORTLAND, Ore. --- Former Seattle Mariners catcher Dan Wilson was the featured speaker at the University of Portland’s 2012 Diamond Dinner, which was held on Saturday night on the UP campus. Now in its 11th year, the Diamond Dinner has grown and evolved into Pilot baseball’s premier fund-raiser and annual tradition.
 
The event featured dinner, a silent auction, player awards from the 2011 season and of course Wilson, who holds a plethora of career records for the Mariners.
