PORTLAND, Ore. --- Sophomore Lauren Naatz and junior Morgan Robinson each earned West Coast Conference All-Academic Honors at the conclusion of the 2017 beach volleyball season. Naatz, who is a biochemistry major, earns her second straight All-Academic team honor after landing on the All-Academic team for the indoor volleyball season last fall. Robinson earns her third straight honorable mention.
Â
Naatz competed in the 5's pair for the Pilots this season, while Robinson was part of the 3's pair. Both Pilots contributed to team wins against the Oregon Ducks and WCC competitor San Francisco.
Â
At the conclusion of each athletic season, the WCC selects an all-academic squad for each WCC-sponsored sport. To be considered, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average, while also being a significant contributor to her team.
