SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The Portland Pilots Beach Volleyball team had four Pilots earn WCC All-Academic honors, with graduate student Morgan Robinson earning a spot on the All-Academic Team. Senior Lauren Naatz earned her third straight honorable mention, with senior Reghan Pukis and redshirt-junior Katie Barker receiving an honorable mention for the first time.
This season, 19 student-athletes turned in a 3.50 GPA while 10 registered 3.75 or above. Both are conference records.
At the conclusion of each athletic season, the WCC selects an all-academic squad for each WCC-sponsored sport. To be considered, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average while also being a significant contributor to her team.
