PORTLAND, Ore. -- Wednesday's baseball home opener for the Portland Pilots against the Seattle U Redhawks has been postponed due to travel issues for Seattle U. A makeup contest will be scheduled for a later date.

In addition, the matchup between the Pilots and the Redhawks scheduled for April 11 will now be played in Portland instead of Seattle. That game will be played at 3 p.m.

The home opener for the Pilots will now come this Friday, March 3 against the Utah Valley Wolverines, the first game of a four-game series. First pitch for that Friday contest will be at 3 p.m. Check PortlandPilots.com for live stats and video options.
