GOLD RIVER, Calif. – In their final races of the season, the Portland Pilots took fifth at the 2024 WCC Championships on Lake Natoma at the Sacramento State Aquatic Center.
 
Kate Feustel and Mia Kilmister were named to the 2024 All-WCC team. It is the first time in Kilmister's career that she has been named to the team and the first time for Feustel as well.
 
The second varsity four finished fourth with a time of 8:17.110, with Ania Fernandez as the coxswain and Isabella Honig as the stroke. The first varsity four also took fourth in their race with a time of 8:11.690. Clarissa Gutierrez was the coxswain while Madi Quinton was the stroke.
 
The second varsity eight took fourth for Portland, finishing with a time of 7:14.200. Dawon Lee was the coxswain while Mina Mihajlovic was the stroke. The first varsity eight was the final race of the day, with Julia Kiplinger as the stroke and Leahbelle Paladino as the coxswain.
