Box Score SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Sally Pethybridge and Alaia Rubio Perez represented Portland women's tennis at the prestigious Battle in the Bay Classic last week at the California Tennis Club. The event featured 32-player draws in singles and 16-team draws in doubles with some of the top talent in the country competing.

Pethybridge will now prepare for the ITA All-American Championships Sept. 21-29 in Cary, N.C. The rest of the Pilots will next be in action at the Washington State Invitational on Sept. 27-29 in Pullman, Wash.
