PORTLAND, Ore. – The schedule for this weekend's baseball series between the Portland Pilots and the Creighton Bluejays has been adjusted, with Friday becoming a doubleheader starting at noon and Saturday becoming a single game starting at noon. Sunday's game, a 503 game with $5 tickets, remains unchanged.
The Pilots are 1-3 entering the series after playing the California Baptist Lancers down in Riverside. The Pilots' season in 2024 was one of the best in program history, going 37-19 overall and 19-5 against WCC opponents. Their 37 wins were a program record while their 19 conference wins were the most since the 1980 season against conference opponent and the most they've had since joining the WCC. They've advanced to the WCC Tournament Championship each of the last two seasons and have qualified for the WCC Tournament the last three seasons.
