LAS VEGAS, Nev. -- Portland Pilots Women's Basketball officially earned the 2-seed in the Credit Union 1 WCC Championship on Sunday, meaning they will play on Monday, March 10 at 2:30 p.m. in the semifinal.

The Pilots earned the second seed after an incredible season that saw them finish 28-3 and 17-3 in WCC play. It's the most wins they've had in a single season as a Division I program and the most they've had in WCC play ever. They won a share of the WCC Regular Season Title on Saturday after their 94-88 win in overtime against the Pacific Tigers.

The Gonzaga Bulldogs took the 1-seed over the Pilots due to holding the tiebreaker of head-to-head record over Portland.

The first nine games of the WCC Tournament, which runs from March 6-11, will be aired on ESPN+, with the championship game set to be aired on ESPN2. Visit the tournament home page for more details.
