SEATTLE, Wash. – The Portland women's tennis team opened its fall campaign last weekend at the Husky Invite hosted by the University of Washington at the Nordstrom Tennis Center. In addition to the host Huskies, Portland was joined at the tournament by Oregon and Arkansas.

The tournament featured a mix of doubles and singles on Friday and Saturday with the remaining singles matchups to be played on Sunday.

It marked the first event of the fall season for the young Pilots, which featured a junior, two sophomores and two freshmen among the five competing players.

Complete results from the event are listed below. Portland will continue its fall season at the ITA Northwest Regionals this week hosted by Stanford.
