Box Score PHOENIX, Ariz. – Portland men's tennis concluded the Grand Canyon Invitational on Sunday by claiming four of six singles matches against New Mexico and two of three doubles tilts versus Northern Arizona at the GCU Tennis Facility.

Pilot freshman Lucas Kimelman concluded the weekend a perfect 2-0 in singles and 3-0 in doubles with partner Tom Garcia.

Nikola Keremedchiev, Stefan Skobelev, Garcia and Cade Fernando also won two of their three singles matches at the tournament.

The Pilots will now split up for the final weekend of fall tournament regular season action next week. Keremedchiev and Skobelev will represent the WCC in doubles at the ITA Conference Masters Championships in Rome, Ga. Nov 7-10. The 32-team format will send three doubles teams to the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships scheduled for Nov. 19-24 in Waco, Texas. The remaining Pilots will head to Spokane, Wash. for the Gonzaga Invitational on Nov. 8-10.
